A Case Report of the Autopsy of the Malignant Lymphoma (Diffuse type-Lymphosarcoma)

Abstract

(Case) 24 years old, man, marriaged (Past history and Family history) nothing to note particularly (Brief notes of clinical course), He had pain on his left knee on April, 1977 and two months after he found palpable tumor being on his left knee and inguinal area.
Diagnosed this case as Malignant Lymphoma in our hospital, we tried chemo (Adriamycine and Picibanil) and irradiative therapy because of his reject of left-lower leg amputation. Despite of the therapy, he died on 22, October due to general metastasis and cachexy and cardiac insufficiency. Postmortal autopsy showed us many informations, especially tumor invasions and metastasis into almost of viscera and lymphnodes indicated malignant characterities of this tumor.
