A male, seventeen years old, whose neck began to bend forward two years ago and disability of his extremities was increased gradually from severe kyphotic change of his cervical spine.
This type of spasmodic torticollis is very rare because the neck bended forward.
After his neurological symptoms were remissioned by correcting the cervical deformity by the Halo-pelvic traction with the release of anterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine, anterior fusion of C3-7 was performed on this patient.
