Although traumatic aneurysms in the extremities are common, it is rare at the anterior tibial artery. Recently we have experienced a case of the traumatic aneurysm of the anterior tibial artery with the fracture of fibular head. And because of enlargement of the aneurysm under the soleus muscle, entrapment neuropathy of the tibial nerve was occurred at its entrance of the muscle.
We report such a case because of its rarity, the difficulty of early diagnosis and problems of management.
