Subtalar dislocation not combined with fracture is uncommon and only a few reports have appeared in the literature, we are reporting the very rare case of lateral dislocation of subtalar joint without fracture. The patient was sixteen years old, who was injured by jumped from five meters height. Roentgenogram showed lateral dislocation of the subtalar joint.
Reduction was done with ease under general anasthesia. Weight-bearing was begun at eight weeks after reduction.
There are no complication, as pain or avascular necrosis, now.
