Recently we have experienced two cases of rhabdomyosarcoma.
The first case was a 20-year-old female student whose left forearm was affected by a tumor of the brachioradial muscle.
The second case was a 46-year-old male teacher whose left chest wall was suffered from a tumor of the intercostal muscles.
These two tumors were proved to be an alveolar rhobdmyosarcoma by histological study. After resection of the tumor, radiotherapy and chemotherapy were carried out.
The first case is fine neither reccurrance nor metastasis for more than one year. The second case was dead because of local reccurrance and metastasis to the lung after nine months.
