上腕骨骨頭に著明な変形をともなった Loose Shoulder の一例

抄録

A case of loose shoulder with frequent dislocation in daily life who progressed to the voluntary anterior dislocation was reported. The patients who had the loose shoulder with voluntary anterior dislocation had generally few bone change. However, she had severe deformities at the humeral head and the glenoid of the scapula. We carried out the surgical treatment of the pectoralis major transfer and Putti-Platt method for this case, and an excellent result was obtained.
