The dorsal dislocation of the metatarsopharangeal joint is rare.
Recently we have experienced a case of this dislocation at 3rd and 4th metatarsopharangeal joints. These dislocations could not be reduced by manipulation 3 days after injury, therefore, we performed open reduction.
