We treated seven cases of the spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee by High Tibial Osteotomy (HTO) in our clinic in the last three years.
The effects of HTO is significant in Pain (p<0.05).
Now we report the effects of HTO on the spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee comparing with those on osteoarthritis of the knee treated by HTO.
