慢性関節水症に対する関節鏡視下滑膜切除術施行症例の検討

抄録

we performed arthroscopic synovectomy with electric resectoscope for 10 patients whose knee hydrarthrosis had persisted for longer than 6 months. Clinical follow-up examination revealed much more satisfactory results, compared with those in rheumatoid arthritis.
This technique is very effective for nonrheumatic hydrarthrosis. In addition we would like to advocate the advantage of electric resectoscope.
