結核性膿胸に巨大軟骨肉腫を合併した1症例

抄録

We reported a patient with a huge chondrosarcoma of the scapula combined with a large lung abscess.
The patient was a 61-year-old man who had resection of the left lobe 34 years before under a diagnosis of tuberculosis.
He had also pitting edema of the left upper arm.
P-A view of his chest X-P showed a large mass at the left scapula region and another mass at the left lower lung region.
The left lower region mass was not diagnosed before operation by surgeons and anesthesiologists. After forequarter amputation, a biopsy was performed for the mass of left lung and showed a large lung abscess with 1000ml of cold pus.
