腱板断裂例の鏡視下滑膜所見と疼痛との関係について

抄録

We studied the relationship between arthroscopic findings of synovium and night pain in 16 shoulders with rotator cuff tear. All shoulders had synovitis of varying degrees. When acute synovitis was visible in the capsule, similer acute synovitis was visible in the subacromial bursa, too. Same findings were observed in the cases which showed chronic synovitis. Shoulders without night pain had chronic synovitis or localized acute synovitis only on torn cuff region. Except for one, all shoulders with night pain showed extensive acute synovitis. It is considered that extensive acute synovitis of capsule and subacromial bursa is the cause of night pain.
