The purpose of the present study was to make a prompt and accurate diagnosis in syndromes accompanied with bone anomaly. 584 syndromes inclusing all diseases of International Nomenclature of Constitutional Disease of Bone (Revision, May, 1983) were selected for study.
We picked up clinical findings, image data and laboratory data that 584 syndromes posses. We researched for the item of findings and data being in agreement with ones of individual disease and made a table of findings and diseases applying to No. of diseases. Almost all findings and data except rare ones were added to the table. We would like to introduce the proper use of this table. It is considered that this study may be very useful in making a diagnosis in syndromes accompanied with bone anomaly.
