Twelve cases with acromioclavicular dislocations were treated using the Neviaser's method combined with Bosworth's method. In all except two cases, excellent results according to Kawabe's evaluation were obtained.
Our modified method uses a screw to hold the clavicle in position instead of a Kirschner wire. This method is more convenient than the original Neviaser's method and other modified methods and produces satisfactory results.
