変性腰椎疾患例における股関節を含めた動態撮影法の検討

Lumbosacral and pelvic alignment is important in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spines.
In this study, we measured the dynamic radiography of lumbosacral and pelvic alignments in 26 patients with degenerative lumbar deformity, and compared motion of lordosis angle and sacral inclination, pelvic angle, sacral transration. Sacral inclination, pelvic angle and sacral transration were also correlated. These dynamic radiography parameters are useful in the treat ment of degenerative lumbar deformity.
