On the theoretical bases which were described in the preceding report, obtained the polarogra-phic waves with oxidized glutathione were analysed. It was consequently found that the cathodic reaction is due to the reductioh of oxidized glutathione to reduced glutathione and a standard redox potetnial is determined from the empirically corrected equation. A certain anomaly in the actual wave analysis and the shift of the wave to more negative potential by addition of thymol, may be due to the adsorption of reacting material on the surface of dropping mercury electrode. A π1/2-pH curve was illustrated and explained theoretically.
