女性農業経営者のサポートネットワークの実態と役割

―生活と経営の視点から―

This study explores support networks to promote female farmers’ participation in management. Through case studies of proactive female farm managers, it clarifies the structure, roles and formation processes of their support networks from both livelihood and management perspectives. Key findings include differences in instrumental and informational support based on living conditions and management roles. Emotional support often blends livelihood and management aspects, from spouse, peers. The study suggests providing practical support for those with changing living conditions, assigning management titles to enhance external relations, and emphasizing gender-specific emotional support.
