A case of a 70-year-old male who was found to have a foreign body, a fish-hook in the cervical esophagus is reported.
The patient suddenly suffered from a sereve pain in the neck and difficulty in swallowing while eating. He visited our hospital three days after the incident. One day after admission, a foreign body was successfuly removed by emergency endoscopy under general anesthesia.
