A movable tube flowmeter of the second type is here reported. Essential differences of this type from the first type, formerly reported in Oyobuturi Vol. 36, p. 359 (1967), are as follows:
i) Effective areas of two bellows are equal, whereas they are unequal in the first type.
ii) Quantities to be measured are a pressure difference and a force, whereas two pressure differences in the first type.
iii) Pressure outside the movable tube is not to be modified, where as it is to be severely adjusted in the first type.
The experimental results show tolerably well that the theoretical consideration is correct and the flow rate is calculated from observed data.
