A compact automatic system for measuring many meteorological parameters was made to compare with results by a lasar radar. Using only one one-board microcomputer (Z-80), they were automatically and remotely measured at very short time intervals (4 seconds). And, by using a soft logic method and time allotment of very short intervals for the measurement of each parameter, improvements were made in compactness and wide application of the system. The measured parameters and their ranges of the system were as follows; wind speed (2.0_??_51.2m/s, resolution 0.2 m/s), wind direction (16 directions), air temperature (-16.0°C._??_35.2°C, 0.2°C) and relative humidity (30_??_90%, 0.5%). These values were chosen to cover the ones for the past several decades in Nagano City. The data obtained by this system clearly showed variations of atmospheric conditions. On these experimental results, the usefulness of the system is discussed.
