Management Capability is continuously evolved due to change of environment. New management capability needs developed concept based on PDCA Cycle(Plan-Do-Check-Act) and Systems approach. As management innovation is required in industries, education and training of innovation capability by practical way are expected. University-Industry relation is powerful tool and mechanism for increasing such innovative management capability through those collaboration.
