Abstract
When the focused laser light was irradiated on the glass surface, we observed the formation of the projection called bump on the glass surface. Thus we have demonstrated the formation of the micro-bump on the Co-doped SiO2-Na20-CaO and SiO2-B2O3-Na2O-CaO glass surface by using YAG laser.
