Abstract
We have investigated novel optoelectronic properties in Cu-based Oxides. At focus are photoinduced structural changes in Cu-based high-Tc superconductors, which may occur though electronic excitation by light irradiation. We found photo-induced structural changes and persistent photoconductivity in Y-, Bi- and Tl-based high-Tc superconductors, which indicates that photo-induced structural changes might be a common phenomena in high-Tc superconductors.
