Visble Light Photopolymerization of Methylmethacrylate Initiated BY Titanocene

The photopolymerization system was composed of bis(η-5-cyclopentadienyl)-bis[2, 6- difluoro-3-(1-H-pyrrolyl)phenyl]titanium (Titanocene) and Methylmethacrylate (MMA).The relationship between the photopolymerization rate and the concentration of Titanocene and MMA was studied in trichloromethane solution at 30°C by using dilatometer. Also, the preliminary research and discussion on the mechanism of photopolymerization initiated by Titanocene in the visible light were completed.
