Abstract
The chemical stability of fluororesin is attributed to the C-F bond composed. Thus, it is considered to pull out the fluorine atoms selectively from the area irradiated with an excimer laser light and to replace them with functional group depending on the purpose.
In this study, B(CH3)3 for oleophilic or B(OH)3 for hydrophilic property was employed. As a result, the resin surface exposed by Patterned ArF laser light turned to be oleophilic or hydrophilic. The reformed two samples and stainless steel plate were bonded together with the epoxy bonding agent, and tensile strength tests were conducted. The strength was 130Kgf/cm2
