In the 2021 Agile Project Management Fact-finding Survey, the ratio of methods adopted by organizations for projects and the knowledge of respondents’ agile manifests are almost the same as last year, and the spread of agile is at a standstill. Most of the achievements of agile application work vary greatly depending on the respondents, and many of them are “exceeding” and “below”. There was also agile application work that couldn’t adapt to changes. The NPS of agile by respondents who experienced agile was measured to be −8. According to this detailed analysis, we found that human resource development in “first agile” has a great influence on NPS. We need to continuously realize the knowledge creation of the organization including human resource development, and realize the agile that suits each organization and development goal. In this paper, I propose to understand the “SECI spiral up model” and to practice “PDSA by the organization’s own play book”, that is, “continue to develop the method of development”.
