MASS SPECTROMETRIC STUDY OF THE VAPORIZATION OF GALLIUM PHOSPHATES

Abstract

The vaporization of gallium phosphate GaPO₄ was studied by high-temperature mass spectrometry. ·Standard enthalpies of formation and atomization (kJ/mol) were derived for GaPO₃(g) (-661±35 and 1997±36), and for GaPO₂ (g) (-373±36 and 1460±37) respectively. A number of regularities are revealed from the analysis of qualitative and quantitative vapor compositions.
