Abstract
We developed a MicroTweezers that can two–fingered–micromanipulation.
This tweezers consists of the adjusting mechanism of two grass needles and the fine mechanical amplifier driven by PZT.
We installed this MicroTweezers on biomanipulator and versatile microrobot, and executed two–fingered–micromanipulation.
In several experiments, we confirmed that this fine Micro Tweezers realize precise micromanipulation easily.
