Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the machining accuracy for high-precise surface texture generation. In basic experiments, measurement and evaluation of metal surface machined in end milling were carried out. The surface of S50C work material was machined by a square end mill, and machining difference was measured using a scanning white interferometer. Simultaneously, principle was clarified, and machining was carried out using the new compensation technique.
