Date of correction: February 24, 2009Reason for correction: -Correction: ABSTRACTDetails: Wrong : (1) The purposes of the present study is based on the following; i) the verification of the factorial structure of the Rosenzweig P-F Study, and ii) the investigation of the sex difference of factor patterns. (2) Administering to 66 male and 38 female students, the adults' test of the P-F Study is factorized by the Thurstone method. (3) Between male and female groups, the factorial structures fairly differ. The female modes of reaction to frustration situations are more complex than the male ones. In another word, the male modes of reaction are ingenuous and more artless. This becomes clear when we compare and consider, between male and female, the number of factors extracted and the content of each factor. (4) Generally speaking, when a person is situated in a frustration situation, the modes of reaction to it fairly well correspond to the defense mechanisms advocated by the psychoanalysts.
