Science and Technology of Black and Blue describing History

Abstract

The combination of Indian ink and Japanese traditional paper ‘washi’ has described the history more than 1000 years. By comparing it with artificial blue pigments from a chemical point of view, this learning from history is expected to be useful for developing long-term recording materials based on advanced science and technology.
