The energy-saving technical development and spread are expected than before, because law revision was performed. Taking advantage of this, we examine saving energy for semiconductor factories. As an example, we suggest a method to cool heating load of process devices with a cooling panel without using transportation power of air. In this report, I examined influences by placement of cooling panels and differences of heating load.
