Abstract
This paper aims to propose a practical method of estimating the values of solar heat gain coefficient and solar transmittance for various conventional windows. However the properties for glazing systems with blinds are dependent on the profile angle as well as the incident angle, their values have been estimated on the assumption that the profile angle equals the incidence angle. The proposed estimation method can take account of the effect of the actual profile angle.
