The purpose of this study is to investigate the influential factors on sweating response during heat exposure. We performed experiment to examine sweating response. Sweating rate, mean skin temperature, etc were measured in twelve males during immersing their legs into a hot water (42℃) for 30 min. Local sweat rate and onset threshold for sweating have a large variation. Secondly, we measured their acceleration plethysmogram, the maximal oxygen uptake (Vo_2max) and investigated their lifestyles. There was a relationship between onset threshold for sweating and Vo_2max. The results revealed that daily exercise has affected sweating response.
