Abstract
View factor is needed to solve heat transfer problem accompanied with heat radiation. Pyramid projection method (PPM) 〓 calculation view factor by using computer graphic technology was already developed. The calculation speed of view factor by PPM was 10000 times faster than the calculation speed by Monte Carlo Method. PPM calculated view factor and it was applied to calculate heat radiation and set* in road side tree. It was confirmed that PPM accurately calculated view factor of complicated tree structure.
