G-35 大規模リゾートホテルの空調・給湯熱源改修による省エネ効果の検証

抄録

This case study looks at how hotels, faced with dilapidated equipment and escalating fuel expenses, managed to achieve preliminary reduction rates of about 50% (with the buildings as a whole achieving a reduction of roughly 30%) by upgrading their equipment from fuel-consuming types to highly efficient electric-powered ones. This case study also compiles the efforts made within a 1-year period to address the size of energy usage and operating methods, before and after upgrading.
