G-60 Studies on Electricity Consumption of Common Space in Multiple Dwelling Houses : Part1. The Actual Condition of Annual Electricity Consumption in Common Space of Middle/High-rise Apartment Houses

Abstract

In this report, we investigated the actual condition of annual electricity consumption in common space of high and middle-rise apartment houses in TOKAI and analyzed its consumption tendency. As a result, the annual mean electricity consumption in common space of apartment houses was 3.3GJ/unit. In addition, we showed that the annual electricity consumption of common part per one apartment building can be almost estimated from the number of dwelling units and the total common area.
