In this paper, we grasped the actual condition of a house built by a Wall with Outer Insulation and Air-Circulation, and extracted the conditions of each element that affects the temperature and humidity in the ventilation layer and the air volume to reproduce the actual condition. In order to clarify the optimum specifications that maximize the exhaust heat function by simulation, we examined the heat insulation performance of the building and the air volume of the fan.
