抄録
It is irrational to fumble the criterion function after the completion of optimization calculation, for criterion function is considered to be scared and inviolable. The optimization problem in which the designer will necessarily be satisfied with the characteristics of resulting system is presented in this paper. The problem is not dealt with through maximum principle but can be solved through parameter optimization technique.
