Abstract
This paper proposes a new framework for analyzing the robust stability against errors in time-delays of linear feedback control systems for scalar plants with non-commensurate time-delays.
This paper studies the robust stability in the frequency domain with H∞ norm through the following three steps.
(1) To define a function, whose norm can be used as a scale for an error in a time-delay.
(2) To obtain a sufficient stability condition using the scale.
(3) To derive stability regions for actual time-delays from the condition obtained in the (2).
