We report 4 cases (three men and one woman, 52-70 years old) that were experienced in our Department of Dermatology for the past 5 years, mainly about their clinical pictures, histopathology and treatment. All cases showed similar clinical pictures and histopathology. We considered that verrucous carcinoma, a variant of low-grade squamous cell carcinoma, encompasses various clinical lesions, including oral florid papillomatosis, giant condyloma acuminatum (Buschke-Löwenstein tumor), and epithelioma cuniculatum.
