A case of giant basal cell epithelioma is reported. An 81 year-old woman had a dark red, cauliflower like tumor, 16×13×5cm in size on the right thigh with venous dilation. This tumor was chiefly supplied with femoral artery. It is one of the reason the tumor is so big without necrosis. We suspected there is any relation with biological behavior, oxygen or nutrition demand, and venous supply between histology of tumor cell.
