Continuous data of the ground tilt have been obtained by water tube tiltmeters in the several crustal movement observatories of Tohoku University. In the former paper, static characteristics of the water tube tiltmeter were investigated in detail. In the present paper, dynamic characteristics of the water tube tiltmeter are investigated theoretically and experimentally. It is shown that theoretical results coincide well with experimental results.
