Abstract
Recently, instead of water fall development, agile development has become the center of attention. In this paper, it analyzes about the effect on the inside of the organization on the topic of the first project to adopt agile development by FIP. A hypothesis is built up that the method of communication and leadership becomes important by agile development, and the methodology of "scrum" was adopted. As a result, "Self-leadership", "Organizational learning", and "Self-organization" were attained. The big growth as an individual and a team was able to be obtained through agile development.
