Research on Influence on Communication Skills in Face-to-Face Situation Caused by Use of Internet Tools

Abstract

There are previous studies that analyzed the influence on communication skills in face-to-face situation by the use of the Internet tool. Then, we add a new construct (degree of good relationship and interpersonal stress, emotional stress tolerance) to the analysis model, and revised the survey items of communication skills in face-to-face and non-face-to-face situation, and made the causal relationship clearer, analyzed a detailed influence. And, we conducted a cross-survey information university students, and analyzed by the structural equation model. As a result, we obtained the same results as previous studies.
