抄録

Experimental tests were conducted to evaluate the punching shear resistance between the displacement confining device and the bridge seat. Specimen for No.1 to No.4 were changed the resistance area in concrete. The experimental results of failure area showed well agreement with the equation of strength of bridge seats. However, experimental strength carried by concrete is three times larger than the equation of strength of bridge seats.
