In this paper, the accuracy of analysis results for the full-scale RC members subjected to repeated horizontal bilateral loadings was verified by 3D material nonlinear FEM. Then, fracture behaviors of the RC members were analyzed. Finally, fracture behaviors of RC frames were also analyzed as case studies. As the results, the difference of maximum load capacity between the analysis and the experiments was less than 30%. It was also found that failure mode of the members could be predicted except for the retrofitted one. Finally, it was revealed that in case of in-plane shear failure of RC frame, the load capacity of RC frame with less shear reinforcements in out of plane direction was decreased due to initial damages in out of plane direction compared with that without initial damages.
