Rabbits, the left splanchnic nerve of which was previously interfered with, were asphyxiated for a short time, once or repeatedly. Soon or with some interval of time they were killed by a blow on the neck, and the epinephrine load of the suprarenal glands were examined by the Suto-Kojima method.
The epinephrine load of rabbits was found to be effected by asphyxiation not at all or very little.
