Recently, the productivity of worsted combers has been improved. But, in order to speed-up the frame, it is very important to consider the improvement of quality, easy handling and working efficiency. This article reports the following problems with which we are confronted in designing a 185nips comber, Type MFC-4.
1.Stability of fleece lapping on detaching roller.
2.Degree or purification.
3.Tear.
