The purpose of this research is to get some informations on dwelling conditions of the elderly in YOKOHAMA City. Survey have been conducted in the both sides of demand (the elderly) and supply (real estate agent). Factors of instable dwelling conditions in private rented houses are analyzed, and what a Housing benefit should be is considered.
