How to hide the privacy protecting area in the moving image

Abstract

By the spread of a personal computer and the Internet, multimedia environment such as music and a picture, became familiar. Moreover, the research of the moving image processing is also briskly done in recent years. At present, to hide the wanted area of the image that is the telecast on the television is carried out manually. The mosaic for the protecting area cannot be applied with a real time while taking with a camera. In this study, We tried to hide area automatically, by using the color infomations, with real time.
